What you may do
Everyone may browse the available areas, projects, unit views and tours without subscribing. You may share a project-page link using the sharing tools. Active broker access, which may be granted manually or in test mode without payment, unlocks full project information and the PDFs and documents expressly offered to subscribers, subject to the access terms and relevant content rights.
An authorised download does not give you permission to resell it, republish a collection of files or operate another service using that material.
Copying, downloads and redistribution
Except where expressly permitted by us, the relevant rights holder or applicable law, do not copy or download map imagery, plans, videos or source files; extract project datasets automatically or in bulk; mirror the website; or republish or sell its content.
Do not share login credentials, bypass access restrictions or request limits, or embed our files directly on another website without permission. Do not remove branding, attribution, legal notices or watermarks. Taking a screenshot does not create permission to republish its contents.
Third-party works and trademarks
Developer logos, plans, photographs and trademarks remain the property of their respective rights holders. AD Atlas does not claim ownership of every displayed asset or grant rights beyond those it holds. A project’s appearance does not imply a developer partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated.
If you believe displayed material infringes your rights, contact the operator identified in the privacy policy with the page URL, a description of the work, evidence of your authority and a reply contact. Use the same contact route to request permission for reuse.
How content protection works
We may restrict copying, save/print tools, downloads and automated requests while keeping exploration open. Subscriber documents and PDF exports require account and entitlement checks on the server. PDFs downloaded through our service display the exporter’s saved name, phone and account email on every page. Request limits may apply to discourage bulk downloading.
These measures cannot guarantee prevention of screenshots or extraction of every resource displayed in a browser. Form entry and authorised sharing tools remain available. You may read, copy and print the privacy policy and these terms without a subscription.
Legal exceptions and consumer rights
These terms do not purport to remove statutory exceptions, including applicable personal-use, quotation or accessibility exceptions, or to limit consumer and privacy rights that cannot lawfully be waived. This page does not authorise copying beyond those exceptions.
